The job description

Source have been retained by a leading provider of financial services to assist in the appointment of an individual to take on an Administrative role. This is a varied and challenging role and the successful candidate will be expected to carry out the day to day administration of private equity funds, manage client relations and co-ordinate company secretarial duties. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of private equity or trust and company experience and will be preferably studying towards an ICSA qualification. Company secretarial experience is desirable and strong communication skills and time management skills are vital.
