The job description
A well established provider of fiduciary services in the heart of St Peter Port have retained Source to assist with the appointment of a Corporate Governance Officer. Duties will include maintaining a corporate governance monitoring program, supporting clients and promoting services and completing aall exchange specific forms and payments. The ideal candidate will be ICSA qualified and will have previous experience in a relevant role. Strong organisation skills and positive communication skills are paramount.
