Duties include dealing with and completing enquires received by letter, telephone & email, accurate and timely preparation of drawdowns and stage payments and verification of input customer instructions, change of name, change of address and KYC documentation.
The successful candidate will have some banking / mortgage processing experience and will feel confident to suggest new ideas or working practices which would improve service. They should be excited to attend external and internal training courses in order to improve knowledge and skills.
