An Independent fund administration business is seeking to strengthen its local corporate department through the appointment of a Corporate Secretarial Officer.

You will be responsible for keeping the minute books so minute taking skills are key, maintaining corporate statutory records and co-ordinating the collation and issue of papers for board meetings. You will also be tasked with meeting and advising clients and deputise in the Manager's absence.
