JOB 10163 | Guernsey | Permanent
This role will contribute to a wider HR team and have responsibility for one direct report. This role will act as a point of contact for the large office, support all managers on recruitment and performance management, ensure effective execution of various HR functions and provide coaching where required to senior staff.
We are ideally looking for CIPD qualified individuals who have strong employment legislation knowledge with at least 4 years HR experience.
