Service Desk Analyst
JOB 10325 | Guernsey | Permanent
As part of an effective team, you will provide first level technical support to internal staff acting as the point of contact in resect of generalist IT issues, queries and requests for assistance.
Previous experience of working in an IT environment would be beneficial and higher education experience of IT an advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange is also preferred.
