Company Secretarial Officer/Manager

A growing local business which deals in a range of multi-jurisdictional fund, corporate and trust structures is seeking to employ a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Company Secretarial or similar environment and who is ICSA qualified (or working towards this qualification).

The successful candidate will provide company secretarial services and operational support ensuring that all internal and relevant external procedures and requirements are adhered to. Staff training and motivation is an integral element of this key position.

We would welcome applications from committed, communicative, driven individuals with good team skills and a flexible approach to work - keeping the needs of the business paramount.
