Company Secretarial Administrator - Corporate Governance

Duties will include preparing returns, minutes and resolutions and generally providing company secretarial and corporate governance support to the Guernsey teams.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' relevant experience along with excellent IT skills and the ability to work efficiently in order to meet required deadlines.
