Company Secretarial Administrator

A new position has arisen for a Company Secretarial Administrator to provide support to an established local Wealth Management and Fiduciary business. This is a permanent position with potential flexibility in hours.

Duties will also include preparing returns, minutes and resolutions and various other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years' experience along with excellent IT skills and the ability to work efficiently in order to meet required deadlines.
