Company Secretarial Administrator - Corporate Governance

A new position has arisen for a Company Secretarial Administrator to provide support to an established local Wealth Management and Fiduciary business. This is a permanent position with potential flexibility in hours.

Duties will include preparing returns, minutes and resolutions and generally providing company secretarial and corporate governance support to the Guernsey teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' relevant experience along with excellent IT skills and the ability to work efficiently in order to meet required deadlines.
