HR Administrator

A large international finance organisation with a global presence is looking for an HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

Candidates will need to be dynamic, incredibly organised and ready to be in the 'hot seat' as the first point of call to the HR team! Applications will be accepted from both those with relevant experience and bright, enthusiastic graduates.

As this is a generalist role, responsibilities will be varied and include support in all areas of HR including recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding of staff, training and employee administration. The team play a pivotal role in the organisation and are a visible department working closely with all other business functions, so it is essential that the candidate is presentable, approachable and ready to assist with a wide variety of questions.
