Duties will cover meeting and greeting clients, answering the telephone in a professional manner, the organisation of meeting rooms, mailing duties and other reception related administration. The successful applicant will also provide PA support to our PA team including administrative duties (assisting with mobile telephones, marketing/events, travel, expenses).
If you have the ability to deal with people at all levels, a good working knowledge of Microsoft systems and have a proactive, personable, helpful and a flexible approach to your workload we are keen to hear from you!
